Malina Studio ltd., whose address is Narcisova 4, 83101 Bratislava, trade register Nr. 47006960, as e-shop operator www.adojuracek.sk (also as “Ado Juráček”) declares that all personal data provided by the buyer are solely for the purpose of fulfillment and additional confirmation of the terms of the purchase contract with the purpose of electronic order processing, delivery, payment settlement and the necessary communication between the contractual parties for the period required under special regulations. Our store is hosted on Automattic Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform called WooCommerce that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your personal data will also be stored in our Mailchimp and CRM accounts until you unsubscribe from our mailing list.
